1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All garments are inspected by an authorized inspector before it is shipped for quality control. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as final sale, underwear, or bodysuits are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you need a different size, you can request an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping cost will be paid by customer both ways.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost.
